Title: Professional Field Agent (Contractor)
Specific Location(s): Counties of Sacramento, Placer, portions of El Dorado, San Mateo, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Alameda, Contra Costa and Solano.
Requirements:
- Education: minimum high school diploma (college degree, any level preferred)
- Prior field agent experience is preferred.
- Extensive experience in professional customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills - Excel, Word, Internet, Email
- Travel required in and around geographic area assigned.
- Digital camera
- Cell phone with data package to accommodate emails, text and pictures and ability to send pictures while in the field when needed. Smart phone with application capability is preferred.
- Must have a reliable, fuel efficient vehicle.
- Must have a computer and printer with faxing and scanning capability.
If you do not have the requirements listed above, please do not apply. This is an independent contract position within a network of professional field agents for InsideOut Inspection Services. All of the listed requirements must be in place prior to any profile being added to the network of approved/active contractors.
A Professional Field Agent is an independent contractor responsible for representing InsideOut Inspection Services LLC, the clients that we serve as well as professional lending and investing companies. A field agent is contracted to work field calls as assigned by InsideOut Inspection Services LLC. Each field call request contains specific instructions from our client and/or the lender/investor.
The type of inspections that a field agent will receive include but are not limited to the following:
- Door Knock requests for customer contact - 2 visits are required if no contact on the first attempt
- Drive by inspections
- Occupancy verification inspection
- Property inspections
- Insurance inspections
- Interior inspections
- Document recovery requests
Compensation: Field Agents(contractors) bill once per month. Checks are currently disbursed once per month on or before the 10th of the following month for all assignments completed by the 25th of the previous month. Holidays billing cut off times will vary.
